A lifesaver!
Being menopausal, I really suffered with insomnia. I tried many other 'cures', which didn't work or left me dopey the next day. These drops give me a good night's sleep, and have no lingering effects the following day. I have been using them for two years now, and because my sleep is almost back to normal, I am generally more healthy overall!
They taste good too.
