Australia Wide

We offer FREE Standard Delivery for orders over $500 within Australia (excludes Western Australia deliveries and products requiring a quote). Delivery for orders under $500 is calculated at the checkout based on weight and chosen delivery service.

International (Air Freight Only)

Variable shipping rate based on weight.

Please note we are currently NOT shipping to Europe (except for selected canine products available to ship to the UK), Africa, South America, and New Zealand.

We use Starshippit as our delivery agent.

We care about customer service, that’s why we have chosen Starshippit as our agent to deliver your purchase. Starshippit will notify you of the progress made throughout your delivery, so you know when to expect it.
We ship Australian and International orders from our distribution centre in Bathurst NSW, Australia.
You can contact the chosen courier directly through your emailed tracking details for any questions relating to the whereabouts of your package or if you need to update your shipping address or special instructions (e.g. you won’t be home to receive your item) once it’s left our distribution centre.

We endeavour to dispatch orders received prior to 1pm on the same day provided all products ordered are in stock. Other orders will be dispatched next working day or as soon as possible dependent on stock available.
Please note during sale/promotional periods and after public holidays; processing time can take up to 2 business days.

Please take care to ensure your full correct address is listed on your order to avoid any delays or delivery issues. McDowells takes no responsibility for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.

McDowells holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to Leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.

Delivery In Australia

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery address and parcel weight, except products requiring a quote (as per the description page).

Standard Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. 
Once dispatched, we estimate delivery times of:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane (metro areas): 1-3 business days 
Adelaide (metro areas): 2-4 business days
Perth, NT & Tasmania (metro areas): 5-7 business days
Regional areas (e.g. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery.

Express Post

We offer Express Post at checkout. Please note Express orders will be shipped on the same day provided the order is received prior to 1pm and the items are in stock. If your order is for an address outside of the Express Post Network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links. Express Post is not overnight except for Sydney deliveries.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers 

All orders shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker will be shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express.

International Shipping 

While we go to every effort to ensure your parcel arrives at your chosen destination, issues with customs and quarantine are out of our control. We suggest making your initial order a small one to test the import process in your country. If for any reason your parcel is confiscated or otherwise is undelivered, we unfortunately cannot replace, reimburse or resend the order. 

We ship Internationally via DHL Ecommerce Express. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at info@mcdowellsherbal.com.

Duties and tariffs:
USA duties/tariffs are calculated at checkout.
All other international destination delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country; any duties or taxes incurred are therefore the responsibility of the delivery recipient. We do not refund products for failure to pay the required duties.

Once dispatched, we estimate delivery times of:
New Zealand: Currently not available
USA/Canada: 7-12 working days
UK: Currently not available, except for selected canine products
Europe: Currently not available
Asia: 3-5 working days
Africa: Currently not available, except for South Africa
South America: Currently not available

Please note the above times are based upon Metro Areas, Rural locations may take longer. Customs clearing may also delay your package delivery time, unfortunately, we have no control over this.

DHL eCommerce is trackable via the DHL Portal; you can track your shipment by using your DHL Tracking ID.

We strongly suggest selecting an address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. DHL is not able to ship to a PO Box.
