My beagle is currently on the second round of McDowells’ MMM programme.
Also followed McDowells’ advice to put Stanley on a raw diet. He’s finished on the steroids and is now tailing off on the Mycophenelate medication. The transformation back to his old self has been phenomenal.
His vet is amazed at the the swift reinstatement of his facial muscles. Have passed details of the MMM programme to my vet to research so she can potentially recommend to any new MMM patients she comes across.
Also liaised with the vet before commissioning a titre test as Stanley’s booster injections were due. This test proved he didn’t need to overwhelm his immune system further with new inoculations; he still had plenty of immunity. The titre test should definitely be food for thought to all dog owners.
