Infect-A-Clear

Robust immune systems routinely eliminate infective and metabolic waste as part of a healthy system. A system that is overloaded with inflammation, infection or metabolic waste has a much harder time recovering. The herbs in this mix have been traditionally used to stimulate the horse’s own natural elimination which may help to clear these naturally occurring metabolites thereby improving the immune system's response. A 12-week course is advised which is a full blood cycle. The tonic will need to be given continuously for a minimum of 3 weeks and can be maintained long term if necessary.

I LOVE Infect-A-Clear.
My horse sustained a severe fence injury in March and over 200 days later it was still swollen, raw and infected for the FOURTH time. Antibiotics were making him sicker and sicker and the thought to put him down crossed my mind.

A friend put me onto Infect-A-Clear. It was truly the last bit of money l could get my hands on to buy it but boy am I glad I did.

Within TWO weeks of the recommended dose the healing was complete on the outside. I am continuing him on it for the full 12 week blood cycle.

Cannot speak highly enough of Infect-A-Clear !!

Infect-A-clear, Alleviate, Tendon & Bone
My 23 yr old Thoroughbred Mare suffered a very bad cut to her Fetlock, slicing though her tendon. Vet was sceptical that we may have to have her put down. After a week or so, the stiches were busted, the wound was infected, and I could see this was not going to end well. I contacted Cath, and she suggested we get her on Tendon & Bone, Infect-A-Clear, and Alleviate. It did take several weeks to start to make a difference, but 4 months later, she’s a different horse, she’s back to her old self able to run, without any problems. I honestly think we would not be at this point if it wasn’t for these products.

I use Infectaclear on my mare, Skys Lady In Blue/Anny to assist her with lymphangitis.
I have been using Infect-A-Clear (Blood Cleanser) to assist with my mare's lymphangitis for 9 years. She has had an amazing show and riding career. I attribute her success to using your product. Using natural products like McDowells takes time, but I believe this has helped her to stay healthy in the long run. She is a great mare for me (grandma) and for my grand daughter, Tailyr. Truly a unicorn!

Giving great results
An itchy equine is a lot more comfortable and stopping rubbing out her mane in the three weeks since I began giving it.
As she is destined for the show ring I am so pleased.
Not surprised however as she is not the first horse I have helped by this amazing product.

improvement in my mare/horses
We recently moved our horses interstate from SA, to mid coast NSW, and we found the horses having mild reactions to the ticks. One mare appeared to react to something worse and developed hard and swollen tonsils. Infect-A-Clear did its job in protecting and nurturing their systems back to equilibrim. All the horses have stopped reacting to the ticks, and our mare's tonsil drained like an abscess.I recommend this product to have on hand, and to provide support a healthy immune system long term.

A big happy neigh from ‘Tom Thumb'.
It’s been on my list to share with you an experience I recently had with ‘Tom Thumb’s Lump. I shall keep it as brief as possible.

Mid last year around June my horse started behaving dramatically with high pitched vocal displays day and night, a hard eye and appeared to be having an issue chewing.

Upon investigation it came to my attention (mainly by feel as the winter whiskers under his jowl disguised it) that there was swelling under the jaw bone and toward the throat which was leaking a foul liquid. (no nasal discharge to speak of except white from one nostril only on one day)

Next step was a veterinary dental exam and the area shaved for clear view which revealed an abscess/boil with 3 exits.
Xrays followed with the suspicion that a tooth could be the culprit, this was not the case?
With antibiotic paste prescribed the sore cleared up but there remained a small hard swelling which we had hoped would dissipate. The antibiotics upset his stomach and he dropped in weight. He was also very upset and we lost our connection as being almost impossible to paste we had a struggle every day for sometimes hours (he was determined not to have it.)

Over the following months the lump appeared to be surfacing again with some days more prominent and then settle down again with no exit of fluid just swelling so next came an ultra sound to look for a foreign body which appeared to be there but no definite conclusion was reached as to what it might be. Possible scenarios were calcified material from a blow in the paddock, or maybe lymph node.

Surgery was lined up to investigate but prior to the date the lump oddly settled so was decided against due to the high risks involved with glands and arteries (whew! I went white) it was suggested that the time to go in was when it blew up next time.

With great relief I waved the Vets goodbye that day grateful that it didn’t happen and thought it is time to take safe action.
That is when we ordered the Infecta Clear and Alleviate in hope that we could get the foreign body to expel so we would not have to take any chances with surgery.

About 2 weeks later after following instruction of dosing with both products the lump and tight swelling gradually got bigger so I also put clay poultice over the hot swollen area to aid in drawing then 3 weeks to the to the day since starting on your programme the lump developed big and pointy this time and dropped like a balloon hanging down below the site.
It burst that night 30th Dec and then when I hosed it the whole thing fell away like rotten flesh with absolutely no smell at all. Absolutely bizarre, like nothing I had seen before. Pics following of this

7 days from this gruesome eruption it was totally healed, with only saline solution and a product called Derma gel externally and of course continued dosing of Infecta clear and Alleviate for a further 5 weeks (8 weeks in total).

It is now 6 weeks past and there is no sign that it was ever there, no more swelling and now loose skin that had always been tight before.

Hopefully we have seen the last of whatever it was.

Thank you enormously Catherine for all your caring advice with my many animal dilemmas over the years and for making options available that heal with no fear of harm.

A big happy neigh from ‘Tom Thumb’.

Cheers
Kerrie

SHIKARA RECOVERS FROM QUEENSLAND ITCH
Below are photo's of Shikara's battle with Queensland itch. Shikara has been using the Infect-A-Clear for about 3 months. She is currently not taking it, probably for about 4 weeks now ( we ran out ) and she has relapsed so we are keen to continue with the herbal tonic that is recommended for horses who suffer the Queensland Itch. Apart from the TLC she gets and the rugs and feed with dry herbs she still benefits greatly from the Infect-A-Clear and we thank you for being able to give us a product that helps to make her so much more comfortable.

Infect-a-Clear
I have an Andalusian with Itch and I am finding Infect-a-Clear to be an effective part of his treatment plan. I'm sure every owner of an itchy horse will attest to the sheer frustration of trying to manage itchy horses, and I am finding Infect-a-Clear really helps to reduce his desire to scratch. Another fine product from McDowells Herbal Treatments (thanks Cath x)

Best Herbal product ever, I would love to always have a litre on hand for my animals and family
I have used Infecta-clear quite a few times and love it. Several years ago my arabian had a coffin joint infection vet thought we would have to put her down, I wanted to try Infecta-clear and to the amazement of my vet on his next check up she was trotting around. My gelding after tons of rain here in Hawaii had hoof abscesses and could barely walk...infecta-clear..saved the day again, currently my goat has had a mite issue where nothing worked, started him on infecta-clear, which he loves as do my other animals and he is itching less and very bright eyed already, plus I have been using midge spray on him as well as the rest of our babies. Our hound dog has a yeast issue and he also just started on infectaclear yeast
for dogs as well...Yay. Dont know what I would do without McDowell Herbal remedies
