Degenerative Myelopathy Mix

Last January we rescued a very sweet 12 year old Golden Retriever. Overall he is in good health, but a few weeks into his new life with us, we noticed that he seemed to stumble a lot. When we took him to the vet for his exam and vaccination update, our vet said he had mild degenerative myelopathy. I discovered this herbal mix and, since I was familiar with other herbal treatments from McDowells, I decided to try this for our golden boy. It has only been 6 weeks, but we are seeing improvement. He is moving well and we are not seeing the stumbling we saw before. He seems much more comfortable with walking or playing and his movements are much more fluid! Having my shepherd take this mix has helped to slow the loss of the myelin sheath in her lower back. As she has muscle atrophy in her back legs, I have noticed the bottom of her feet seem more sensitive, which means it is helping somewhat and she moves her back legs some when they are in the slings on her wheelchair.
